About the role
We're hiring an RN to support participants with complex health needs at home and in supported independent living settings.
Responsibilities
Clinical assessment, care planning and review Delegation and oversight of nursing-related supports Medication review and management Liaising with GPs, specialists and allied health
Requirements
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Community nursing or disability experience preferred NDIS Worker Screening Check Driver licence and own vehicle
