How does verification work?

We check your ABN, NDIS registration (if applicable), Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and public liability insurance. Most providers are reviewed within 1-2 business days. OpenWay Verified means we have sighted these compliance documents - it is not a substitute for NDIS Commission registration, which is conferred only by the regulator.

When does the 7-day trial start?

Your 7-day trial starts the day OpenWay approves and publishes your profile - typically 1-2 business days after you finish onboarding. You only start paying after the trial ends; cancel any time before then to drop to the Free plan with your listing still live.

Does OpenWay take a commission on jobs?

No. OpenWay is subscription-based - no commission, no cut of your revenue, no charges on participant plans. What you agree with the participant is between you and them; OpenWay never touches plan funds.

How does the Free plan's 3-enquiry-per-month cap work?

Every time a participant directly messages you, asks to reveal your phone, or selects you from a request they posted, that counts as an enquiry. Free providers stay visible in search results no matter what - the cap kicks in only when a 4th enquiry would be delivered in the same calendar month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited enquiries.
