    If you're already on OpenWay you're set. New providers complete a short verification before listings go live (usually 1-2 business days).

Employer FAQs

Who can post jobs?

Any verified OpenWay provider can post jobs. If you don't have a provider account yet, you can create one in a few minutes - we'll guide you through verification before your listing goes live.

Do I need to be NDIS-registered to post?

No. Both registered and unregistered providers can post. Your registration status carries through to the job listing as a trust badge so applicants know exactly who they're applying to.

How long does a listing run?

30 days from publish date for all tiers. You can pause, edit or close a listing any time. Closing early doesn't refund the listing fee but stops new applications immediately.

How do applications reach me?

Applications appear in your provider dashboard under Jobs > Applicants. You get an email notification for each one. Applicants can apply with a saved OpenWay resume or as a guest with a name and email.

Can I edit a listing after it's live?

Yes. Edit any field, pause for a few days, or close the role. Major edits don't reset the 30-day timer.
