OpenWay started because someone we love needed support - and the process of finding it was harder than it should have been.

Why OpenWay exists

The NDIS gives Australians with disability real choice and control - but the tools to exercise that choice haven't kept up. Existing directories are static, impersonal, and give participants no way to know if a provider is actually right for them.

We built OpenWay to fix that. A discovery platform where participants search by their actual plan categories and plan management type, see providers with clear registration status and real reviews, and can post what they need and let matched providers come to them.

Finding support shouldn't feel like filling out a government form. We built OpenWay to feel like asking a mate who knows the system.

Trust is earned

Every provider submits real documents that a real person reviews. No auto-approvals, no mystery algorithms. You see their credentials, reviews, and how fast they actually reply.

Fair for everyone

Free for participants. Flat fee for providers. We never take a cut of your NDIS funding or the services you deliver. Your plan money goes to your support, full stop.

Built in Australia by people who have actually navigated the NDIS. Not a US platform with a .com.au slapped on it.

Credentials checked

Providers submit the documents relevant to their work and we sight each within 1-2 business days. Registration status is shown clearly on every profile. We re-check every 90 days.

Pricing you can plan around

Rates shown are indicative, based on current NDIS price limits where they apply. Final pricing is confirmed in your service agreement with the provider.

Reviews you can trust

Reviews come from real, completed interactions. Providers can respond publicly, and we moderate for safety and privacy.

Report a concern

If something doesn't feel right, anyone can report it. Urgent safety concerns are prioritised. Other reports are reviewed as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. We follow up with the NDIS Commission when needed.
