About the role
We're hiring a Plan Manager to administer NDIS plans on behalf of participants. The role is half customer service, half careful budget administration.
Responsibilities
Receive, check and pay provider invoices Maintain accurate budget records and provide monthly statements Field participant and provider queries Flag and escalate plan-utilisation risks early
Requirements
Bookkeeping / accounting / NDIS plan management experience Excellent attention to detail NDIS Worker Screening Check Comfortable with cloud-based tools
