About the role

We're building our team of Support Workers across the area. The role suits someone who's done some support work before, or someone bringing transferable experience and the right values.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day personal care and household support Community access and social participation Medication prompts and recording in line with the support plan Light meal preparation and shopping Written shift notes after every shift

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experience Current NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain) Reliable transport - many shifts are in the community
