About the role

We're hiring Disability Support Workers to join an established team supporting adults with intellectual and physical disability. You'll be the difference between a good day and a great one for the participants we work with.

Responsibilities

Personal care, meal preparation, household tasks Supporting participants to attend appointments and activities Following positive behaviour support plans where relevant Accurate documentation of supports and incidents Working alongside families, allied health and coordinators

Requirements

Cert III or IV in Individual Support / Disability Current NDIS Worker Screening Check + Police Check First Aid + CPR Driver licence and own reliable vehicle for most roles Experience with positive behaviour support is a plus
