About the role

Steady ongoing work supporting participants in their own homes and in supported independent living. We invest in our staff with paid training, supervision and a culture that takes the work seriously.

Responsibilities

Personal care, meal preparation, household tasks Supporting participants to attend appointments and activities Following positive behaviour support plans where relevant Accurate documentation of supports and incidents Working alongside families, allied health and coordinators

Requirements

Cert III or IV in Individual Support / Disability Current NDIS Worker Screening Check + Police Check First Aid + CPR Driver licence and own reliable vehicle for most roles Experience with positive behaviour support is a plus
