About the role

We're building our team of Support Workers across the area. The role suits someone who's done some support work before, or someone bringing transferable experience and the right values.

Responsibilities

Support participants with their daily routines at home and in the community Follow individual support plans with consistency and respect Report on goals, incidents and any changes you notice Work as part of a shift team with regular handovers

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experience Current NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain) Reliable transport - many shifts are in the community
