About the role
We're hiring Community Access workers to support participants to get out, try new things and stay connected to their community.
Responsibilities
Plan activities collaboratively with participants Drive or accompany participants on public transport Document outings and review what worked Work from participant homes or pick-up points
Requirements
Driver licence and reliable vehicle Cert III in Disability or relevant experience NDIS Worker Screening Check + Police Check Genuine interest in community-based work
