Join a team that puts the person we support at the centre of every decision. We're looking for a Support Worker who brings warmth, reliability and genuine interest in the people they work with.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day personal care and household support Community access and social participation Medication prompts and recording in line with the support plan Light meal preparation and shopping Written shift notes after every shift

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experience Current NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain) Reliable transport - many shifts are in the community
