We're growing our specialist behaviour support team. Casework supervision is structured, supervision groups are weekly and there's a clear path from Core to Advanced.

Responsibilities

Functional behaviour assessments and BSPs Implementing safeguards and restrictive practice reduction plans where relevant Training and coaching support workers and families Reporting to the NDIS Commission on restrictive practices

Requirements

Recognised by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or above practitioner Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, OT or allied field NDIS Worker Screening Check Driver licence
